COLUMBUS -- A statewide effort to collect more child support from parents is seeing mixed results from county to county in Ohio.
Child-support experts tell The Columbus Dispatch that the main reason is funding.
They say the number of cases each child-support caseworker deals with varies by county because of funding from each county.
Around the state, Geauga and Delaware counties each collected over 80 percent of the child-support money owed in the last fiscal year.
The statewide average was 66 percent.
