STRUTHERS -- Authorities in northeast Ohio say they have found more than 150 snakes, some poisonous, in a home.
A man faces charges including child endangering because a 12-year-old child lives in the home. WFMJ-TV says authorities went to the home of 46-year-old Joseph McCollum to check on him because he had been bitten by a rattlesnake and didn't get proper treatment.
McCollum is an operator of The Boa Store, which sells Boa constrictors online.
Animal control officers said the home also had poisonous snakes including rattlers and cobras.
A wildlife rescue organization is working with authorities on what to do with the snakes.
A message was left Saturday for McCollum.
