'G.T. and the Halo Express' coming Sunday

On Sunday, the elementary and middle school kids at Grace Baptist Church, 5915 Rhodes Road, Kent, will present "G.T. and the Halo Express: Ticket to Christmas," a fun musical that tells the real story of Christmas through the words of the Bible. Follow G.T., the angels, the shepherds, and the Magi as they lead Billy to the baby Jesus. The Wee Singers Preschool Choir will also sing at the family-friendly worship service, which begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by a cookie reception at 11 a.m. The event is open to the public.
