Dinner & Doctrine series will continue on Jan. 6

Portage County's Dinner and Doctrine will begin the new year with Jim Merhaut presenting "Spiritual Resolutions for the New Year: Why? And How" on Jan. 6 at the Rusty Nail in Twin Lakes.

Merhaut is the project coordinator for Lifelong Faith Formation Services at the Center for Ministry Development and formerly served as president and chief executive officer at the Humility of Mary's Villa Maria Education & Spirituality Center in Villa Maria, Pa.

He is an award-winning author, a national speaker, a life coach and a musician.

The buffet dinner is at 6 p.m. and the presentation at 7 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance from any Portage County Catholic parish by Jan. 6 for $25.
