Church Women United will host its annual World Day of Prayer at 1 p.m. March 1 at the United Methodist Church of Kent, 1435 E. Main St. A Hospitality Tea will follow the program.
Donations of canned goods, paper products, or disposable diapers will be accepted. The event is open to all area women.
