March meetings for all Kent United Methodist Women's Circles are planned.

Beginning the month at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Rebecca Circle plans to gather at Kent Social Services, 1066 S. Water St.

In keeping with the year's theme, "Living the Heart of God," members will hear about services provided and needs of the local ministry.

Co-hostesses will be Dottie Emerick and Judy Smith. Smith will begin the evening with a devotional reading, and Gail Closs will have the mission message.

Members of Miriam Circle will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the church parlor, with Kathy Coltrin and Gerry Strawman serving as co-hostesses.

Karin Underwood will share her "Elephant Encounter" experiences based upon a recent trip to Thailand. Presenting both devotions and a mission message will be Ruthe Loughridge.

Members will share in the delivery of altar flowers for the month to member shut-ins.

Mary Reed Circle will meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the church parlor. Tom Pierson, director of New Spirit/Chancel Ringers, plans to highlight messages of God's Works as viewed by him through hymnal songs.

Ruth Anstine will present a devotional reading and a mission message. Co-hosting for the event will be Margaret Neel and Ethal Simon.

Members of Janus Circle will meet at 9:15 a.m. March 10 in Pierson Hall. They will share and discuss examples of "A Deliberate Journey of Forgiveness."

Janeen Phillips will serve as morning hostess.

The March Executive Board meeting will take place at 7 p.m. March 18. Due to Lent, this is a change in traditional dates.
