At Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Aurora, 342 S. Chillicothe Road, the Holy Saturday Blessing of the Easter Food will be held at noon, and the Easter Vigil begins at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Easter Sunday Mass will be celebrated at 8 and 10 a.m. and at noon on Sunday.
Faith United Methodist Church, 1235 Tallmadge Road in Brimfield, will begin Easter Sunday with a 7 a.m. Sunrise Service outdoors (weather permitting), followed by Easter breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. A prelude service begins at 10 a.m., followed by regular worship at 10:30 a.m.
The Edinburg First Church of God, 4084 Rock Spring Road in Edinburg, will have an Easter Sunday service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Timothy Downing.
The First Congregational Church of Freedom will celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday at 10:30 a.m. with music from the choir and Easter hymns being sung. The church is located at the intersection of S.R.s 88 and 303 in Freedom Township.
The Festive Celebration of the Resurrection will occur at both the 9:15 and 10:45 a.m. Easter Sunday services at the Garrettsville United Methodist Church, 8223 Park Ave. The services will include Easter hymns, the story of the empty tomb, the Chancel Choir's rendition of "My Eternal King" and "Easter Anthem," along with Chancel Bells I playing "Jesus Christ Is Risen Today!" and "Christ Arose!" Interim Pastor Chris Martin's message will be "Love's Redeeming Work Is Done, Alleluia!"
The congregation of Hiram Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 6868 Wakefield Road in Hiram, will attend a Sunrise Service on Easter Sunday, sponsored by Mantua Center Christian Church, at 6:40 a.m. in the dining hall at Camp Asbury on Asbury Road. Easter Sunday worship will begin at 11 a.m. at the Hiram Christian Church.
A Sunrise Service will be held at 7 a.m. Sunday at Spelman Chapel AME Church, 910 Walnut St., Kent. A breakfast will follow the services. Everyone is welcome.
The United Methodist Church of Kent, 1435 E. Main St., will offer traditional Easter services at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday in the sanctuary, preceded by a 10-minute musical prelude by the New Spirit ensemble; worship will include music by the Chancel Ringers and the Sanctuary Choir. A contemporary service will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the gymnasium with Easter music led by the praise band. Dr. Palmer will preach at all three services. There will be a Paschal breakfast in Pierson Hall from 9 to 11 a.m. Nursery care and children's Sunday School will be provided during the 9:30 and 10:30 services.
Trinity Lutheran Church, 600 S. Water St. in Kent, will have Easter Sunday services at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. There will be no Sunday School on Easter.
At Holy Cross Anglican Church, 1046 Lake St. in Kent, the Easter Sunday service begins at 10 a.m. with Communion and music.
Christ Episcopal Church of Kent, 118 S. Mantua St., will have a Candlelight Easter Vigil with chanting and holy baptisms at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Communion will be celebrated at 8 and 10 a.m. on Easter Sunday, with a Gala Service with the Return of the Alleluias at 10 a.m.

The Blessing of Food for the Easter Sunday meal will take place at noon on Holy Saturday at St. Joseph Church in Mantua, 11045 St. Joseph Blvd. The Easter Vigil on Saturday will begin at 7:30 p.m. Masses on Easter Sunday will be celebrated at 8:30 and 11:15 a.m.
The Chapel in Marlboro will celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus at 9 and 10:15 a.m. on Sunday with celebrative music and a victorious, triumphant message. The church is located at 8700 S.R. 619, between Hartville and Alliance.

Ravenna Avenue Church of God, 333 Ravenna Road, Ravenna, will have a Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. Easter Sunday in fellowship with First Church of God in Ravenna. Breakfast will be served after the worship service.
The cantata "In the Presence of Jehovah" will be part of Portage Community Chapel's special Easter services at 9:25 and 10:45 a.m. on Easter Sunday at 6490 S.R. 14 in Ravenna. Child care is available for the Easter Sunday services.
Grace Episcopal Church, 250 W. Cedar Ave., Ravenna, will have Liturgy of the Word at 9:30 a.m. on Holy Saturday. Festive Eucharist will begin at 8 a.m. on Easter Sunday, and Festive Choral Eucharist will begin at 10 a.m. Coffee and fellowship will be offered after each service.

Wayland Community Church in Paris Township will offer Easter Breakfast at the Shearer Community Center, 9355 Newton Falls Road, at 9 a.m. on Sunday. The breakfast is free and open to the public. The morning worship service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at the church, 6355 Wayland Road.
On Easter Sunday, the Windham Congregational United Church of Christ in Windham will host the annual joint Sunrise Service with the Windham United Methodist Church. The service will be at 7:30 a.m. at the Congregational Church and will be followed by breakfast at the Methodist Church. All are welcome. There will also be a 10 a.m. Easter service at the Congregational Church. Both services will be led by Pastor Conni McCambridge.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Monday, with a Communal Reconciliation Service at 6 p.m.; 3 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday; 1 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday; and 9 to 9:30 a.m. and 1 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
