LEGAL NOTICE Request for Qualifications Tonkin Court Reconstruction Design Services City of Kent, County of Portage Response Due Date: September 18, 2015 The City of Kent is requesting qualifications for professional engineering services for the design of the Tonkin Court Reconstruction Project. The design services may include; right-of-way and topo surveying, utility location, Roadway, Storm, Sanitary and Waterline, preparation of bidding documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The proposed project includes the design of a two way two lane roadway, with city utilities, within a 35 foot right way, being approximately 580 lineal feet. Estimated Construction Cost $423,000. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed in November 2015. Construction for this project has been scheduled for the Fall of 2016.
