With spring (allegedly) here, find an activity you enjoy and pursue it. The key words there being "active" and "enjoy." If you don't enjoy your exercise routine, there's not much sense in it because it will quickly become a chore, and one to be avoided unless absolutely necessary. And if you're not up and moving, it's not exercise so there's little point.
Walk the trails at an area park. Go for a run around the block. Take a dip in a pool. Get out and do something.
