Beer Goggles: Samuel Adams announces HeliYUM beer

Samuel Adams and The Boston Beer Company announced today what could be the most radical advance in brewing of our lifetime: infusing beer with helium. In a video announcement, Samuel Adams founder Jim Koch boasts that this new innovation of carbonating beer with helium creates a lighter mouthfeel and magnifies the flavors of malts and hops.
