The Akron Police Department is investigating the possibility of an Akron Public School student being the victim of sexual assault, according to Ohio.com.
Akron police and school personnel are investigating the matter, collecting statements and possible video, Akron Mayor Don Plusquellic said in a press release.
Akron officials have refused to identify the school, Ohio.com reports.
