Nicholas Mignano, of Akron, was arrested March 28 and charged with prohibitions, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to the Ravenna Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Mark E. Lattimer, of 6462 Robby Lane, Ravenna, was arrested March 29 and charged with receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to the Ravenna Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Carol L. Madison, of 4835 E. Highland St., Ravenna, was arrested March 29 and charged with domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to the Portage County Sheriffs Office.

Jared C. Tilenni, of Akron, was arrested March 30 and charged with prohibitions, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to the Portage County Sheriffs Office.

Matt Gregory, of 9759 Newton Falls Road, Ravenna, was arrested March 30 and charged with prohibitions, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to the Portage County Sheriffs Office.

Rebecca A. Swann, 19, of Hudson, was arrested March 29 and charged with alcohol prohibitions, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to Kent police.

Willie J. Nelson, 19, of 4070 Wise Road, Rootstown, was arrested March 29 and charged with underage consumption of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor, according to Kent police.

Eric M. Bowser, 18, of 7353 S.R. 14, Ravenna, was arrested March 29 and charged with underage consumption of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to Kent police.

Leshaun D. Cooper, 25, of 815 N. Mantua St., Kent, was arrested March 31 and charged with vandalism, a fifth-degree felony, and criminal mischief, a third-degree misdemeanor, according to Kent police.
