Advanced Rehabilitation & Health Specialists, 4707 Mill St., Mantua, is offering fitness checkups including cholesterol and glucose screens beginning at 9 a.m. Friday.
At a cost of $60 for a 60-minute one-on-one fitness checkup, rehab and health specialists will assess blood pressure, Body Mass Index, posture, flexibility, strength and cardio. Then they will design a personalized fitness program designed to help participants achieve their fitness goals and reduce their risk for disease.
Those participating will receive a workbook from the American Physical Therapy Association that includes their results. Cholesterol and glucose will be screened with immediate results at a cost of $25.
