A Nelson man has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile at his residence at least twice last year.
Frank R. Klouda, 48, is charged with two counts of sexually battery, both third-degree felonies.
According to the Portage County Sheriff's Office, the incidents occurred between January and December 2011.
Klouda was arraigned Tuesday in Portage County Municipal Court in Ravenna.
He is being held in the Portage County jail on 10 percent of $500,000 bond.
Conditions of his bond are no contact with the victim or the victim's residence.
Additional charges may be filed once the case is heard by a Portage County grand jury.
