WEST CHESTER, Ohio (AP) -- U.S. House Speaker John Boehner (BAY'-nur) is back in his home district in southwest Ohio and back on the attack against President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.
Boehner says "Obamacare" health care changes have created uncertainty for employers. He says big government is getting in their way.
Boehner says if Republicans controlled Washington, they would try to un-do the president's initiative and to change health care differently.
Boehner toured a wire products company in West Chester on Thursday, in the aftermath of congressional action this week to lift the federal debt ceiling that triggered criticism of Boehner from some conservatives.
The Cincinnati Enquirer (http://cin.ci/1gzlGd3 ) reports Boehner said the move was needed so the government could pay its bills. He says the problem isn't the debt ceiling, it's the debt itself.
