COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Columbus police are trying to find out who threw rocks that hit as many as a dozen vehicles along an Ohio interstate.

No injuries were reported but some cars were damaged so severely they had to be towed.

WBNS-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1cUgu6r ) that one witness saw two boys throwing the rocks onto Interstate 70 Monday night.

The station says police searched the area with a helicopter but couldn't find any suspects.

Dennis DeYoung tells the station he was concerned about seeing two boys so close to the highway until he saw one of them throw a rock and hit his windshield.
