COLUMBUS -- The state's four casinos saw a revenue slump in June similar to colder months this year.

The Ohio Casino Control Commission released the numbers Monday. June revenues totaled about $63.6 million -- down by about 7 percent compared to a year ago.

Cincinnati's casino grossed about $15.3 million last month. That's below what it saw in January and February, when Ohio was hit with bitter cold.

Casinos in Cleveland and Toledo saw revenues about on par with their February figures. Columbus' casino reported almost $15.9 million last month, about $1.6 million below its February revenue.

The casinos have drawn more than $409 million so far this year. The state collects about one-third in taxes and distributes the money to counties, along with school districts, host cities and others.
