KSU RETIREES EXPLORE KENT DAM ISSUES

Chad Dryden Published:

The Kent State University Retired Faculty Association met recently at the KSU Library to hear Robert Fildes, left, a retired architect from Facilities Planning and Operations, share his reflections on the Kent dam controversy. Listening to Fildes are, from left, Edward Hall, Myra West and Bruce Harkness. Fildes model presents a three-dimensional illustration of the possible changes to the downtown river front that would provide compliance with environmental mandates while preserving and satisfying local historic and esthetic values of the dam.
