Stow-Glen to host self-defense talk

Stow-Glen Retirement Village will host a discussion on the art of self-defense at 7 p.m. Feb. 20 in the Stow-Glen Birch Hall Community Room. Guest speakers Janet Palmer and Robbie Catanese will lead the discussion and provide demonstrations. Refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public.
