Matthew D. Simpkins, son of William and Peggy Simpkins of Fredericksburg, member of the ONU Dance Company, performed an original piece choreographed by James Sewell in the performance of the James Sewell Ballet. The evening of dance was held Feb. 1 in the Stambaugh Theatre of the Freed Center on the Ohio Northern University campus.
Simpkins is a senior majoring in communication arts and is also active in Theta Alpha Phi theatre honorary.
