Jim and Jill Hadley of Kent announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Marie Dyer of Akron, to Todd Hough of Akron, son of Frank and Cindy Chesmer of Ravenna. The bride-elect is a graduate of St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron, and the University of Akron. She is employed at the City of Akron. Her fianc is a graduate of Rootstown High School, and the University of Akron. He is also employed by the City of Akron. An Oct. 2, 2004 wedding is planned at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Cuyahoga Falls.
