Sharline and Paul Quatkemeyer of Brimfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Mellisa Quatkemeyer, to Paul Salzgeber, son of Ed and Leslie Salzgeber of Berea. The bride-elect is a graduate of Field High School and Stark State College in Canton, and is attending Walsh University in Canton. She is employed at Independence, Inc. in Ravenna. Her fianc is a graduate of Berea High School and Kent State University. He is employed at Northeast Projections, Inc. in Cleveland, and WMFD-TV in Mansfield. A Feb. 28, 2004 wedding is planned.
