The Dec. 28 afternoon wedding ceremony held at Arlington Memorial Baptist Church in Ellet united Kristen Federonick and Ryan Miller in marriage.
The Rev. Craig Fullerton officiated.
Ceremony music was provided by organist Beverly Dial.
Traditional Christmas decor of fresh garlands, wine window candles, aisle candelabras and holly wreaths adorned the church.
The bride is the daughter of George and Yvonne Federonick of Suffield. The parents of the bridegroom are Michael and Sonia Miller of Brimfield.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. For her wedding, she selected a white strapless satin chapel-length gown featuring an asymmetrically draped skirt over a two-tone beaded schiffli lace insert. She wore a white fur-trimmed satin cape.
Her elbow-length veil was held by a headpiece accented in pearls and she carried a clutch bouquet of white, light pink and deep red roses.
Attending the bride were her cousins, Lisa Walchalk of Suffield and Emily Adamek of Baton Rouge, La., Jenna Bianchi and Liz Zeman, both of Rochester, N.Y., Heather Reichel of Geneva and Valerie Cubon of Rootstown.
Serving as flower girl was cousin of the bride, Sara Adamek of Baton Rouge.
The attendants wore wine strapless A-line gowns and carried fresh holly clutches.
Best man was the bridegrooms brother, Scott Miller of Brimfield. Ushers included Aaron Rauber of Suffield, Geoff McElhattan, Ward McElhattan, and Chris Pitz, all of Akron, Nate Fillmore of Mogadore and brother of the bride, Nate Federonic of Suffield.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds were honored at a reception held at the Martin University Center in Akron.
Special out-of-town guests included Mark Miller of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Don and Carol Mack of Florida, Tom and Lisa Adamek and family of Baton Rouge, Jim and Michelle Gray of Virginia, Derek and Dawn Dodenhoff of Maryland, and John and Linda Gray of Pennsylvania.
The new Mrs. Miller is a graduate of Field High School and Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She is employed at National City Corp., in Cleveland.
Her husband is a graduate of Field High School and of the University of Akron. He is employed by Alside Inc., in Solon.
Following a Caribbean cruise, the couple are at home in Fairlawn.
A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the parents of the bridegroom, was held at the Spaghetti Warehouse in Akron.
