Laura Nethken Published:

The Heart of Doll Country held its monthly meeting recently with six members in attendance. The program was a history on horseman dolls given by Marianne Page. She brought several of her old horseman dolls for the group to examine. Being the hostess for the month, Page also served a cake. Door prize of a small doll was won by Carolyn Englert.

The group is making plans for the annual doll luncheon. More information will follow at a later date.

The next meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Garrettsville United Methodist Church. The meeting is open to anyone who likes dolls and wants to learn more about them. For information, call Jean Lawrence at (330) 527-4758.
