Kara K. Grant of Ravenna was recently named to the fall 2002 deans list at the University of Findlay.
A 2002 graduate of Southeast High School, Kara is majoring in occupational therapy and equine studies. She is in the work/study program and a member of the junior varsity riding team.
Kara, 18, is the daughter of Kathryn Strouse Grant of Ravenna and William A. Grant of Akron.
After college, she hopes to spend time traveling in Europe.
