Brooke Fruchtenbaum of Aurora recently graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology and Spanish from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa.
The daughter of Paulette and Edward Fruchtenbaum of Aurora, she is a graduate of Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights. A member of Alpha Lambda Delta honor society, she was named to the deans list for achieving a grade point average of at least 3.5 of a possible 4.0 during the fall semester. She studied in Spain during the spring semester of her junior year.
While at Bucknell, she participated in the Price Waterhouse Coopers Undergraduate Research Project, Womens Participation in the Northern Ireland Peace Process, with Bucknell professor of anthropology and sociology Carl Milofsky.
