The Portage County Historical Society, Windham Historical Society and the Windham Branch of the Portage County District Library will co-host a program at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Windham Community Center, located at 9647 E. Center St., Windham. Guest speakers will be Tim Morgan and Kimberly Ludt, Environmental Supervisor and Specialist, respectively, for the Ohio Army National Guard at the Ravenna Training & Logistics Site, formerly known as the Ravenna Arsenal. They will be discussing the past, present and future use of the 20,000-acre site, focusing on the role that cultural resource management plays in the operation of the Ohio National Guard training facility.
