Alta and Lester Slaughter of Ravenna announce the birth of their son, Jason Thomas Slaughter, born Feb. 28 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. He weighed 7 pounds.
Welcoming her new brother home was Kasey Marie Slaughter, 5.
Grandparents are Mary Roosa and Jim and Madeline Dean, all of Ravenna, Arlan and Alice Slaughter of Garrettsville and Lilla Slaughter of Warren.
Jasons great-grandmother is Virginia Slaughter of Garrettsville.
