The Shalersville American Legion Auxiliary No. 193 recently donated books to all the Crestwood elementary school libraries, including St. Joseph School. On hand for the donation at Shalersville Elementary School are, from left, Principal Patty DiMaso, librarian Cheryl Murcko and auxiliary representatives Virginia Gharky and Carol Oros. The auxiliary donated copies of the Charles Schulz book Heres to You, America! in which the Peanuts gang travels back in time to 1787 to learn about the founding of the United States of America, including the birth of the Constitution and the creation of the countrys government.
