April Miller and Jason Davis were united in marriage in an afternoon ceremony held March 22 at the First Christian Church of Ravenna. The Rev. Perry Mattern was the officiant. Keith and Susan Miller of Ravenna are the parents of the bride. The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Sheila Davis of Ravenna. The bride was given in marriage by her parents. For her wedding, she selected a white satin off-the-shoulder gown with a tight beaded bodice and capped sleeves, accented with pearls. White rose floral accents adorned the flowing skirt and her waist-length veil was held in place by a headpiece fashioned of pearls and beads. She carried a bouquet of white lilacs and roses. Serving as her cousins maid of honor was Kim Christopher of Ravenna. She was attired in a lilac gown and carried a bouquet of lilacs and purple roses. Best man was Jason Miller of Stow, the brother of the bride. The couple were honored at a reception held following the ceremony at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall in Ravenna. The new Mrs. Davis is a graduate of Ravenna High School and Boheckers Business College in Ravenna. She is employed by Kehres & Farah, attorneys at law, in Ravenna. Her husband is a graduate of Southeast High School and is employed by Davey Tree Expert Co., in Stow. The newlyweds are making their home in Ravenna.
