Kevin and Song Bice of Louisville announce the birth of their first child, Katie Olivia Bice. She was born March 13 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna and weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces. Dave and Norma Bice of Rootstown are Katies grandparents. Great-grandparents include Mary Richards, Robert and Ann Bice and Dale and Evie Biltz, all of Ravenna.
