Jeffrey and Grace Powers announce the birth of their son, Chase Joseph. He arrived March 27 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna and weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. Waiting to welcome her new brother home was Quincy, 17 months. Maternal grandparents are Joseph and Kathleen Kelley of Memphis, Tenn. Paternal grandparents are Charles Powers of Akron and Susan Miller of Panama City Beach, Fla.
