At the recent meeting of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Ravenna Court No. 920, plans were finalized for this evenings Mother/Daughter Dinner to be held at 5:30 p.m. at Davids Fireside Restaurant in Rootstown. Chairman for this event is Marguerite Pinter, with committee members Elsie Giovangnoli, Stella Giovangnoli and Rose Gregory. During the meeting, a thank-you note was read from the Good Shepherd Mission for their donation. Gertrude Shook was the winner of the 50/50 drawing. Marg Condos and Mary Near were hosts of the meeting. The next meeting will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Silver Pheasant Restaurant.
