The monthly spaghetti dinner at Trinity Lutheran Church will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church, 600 S. Water St., Kent. The menu includes spaghetti, garlic bread, drink, salad, applesauce and dessert. The cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children. A portion of the proceeds will go to Freedom House, a halfway shelter for male veterans. The facility houses up to 14 people. They also provide case management service, outreach and referrals to any veteran in need.
