Dinner to benefit medical hardships

This year, the Coffee and Christian Fellowship Sunday School Class of the First United Methodist Church in Ravenna is holding a Benefit Christmas Ham Dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 1 at the church, 263 S. Prospect St. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 5 to 11 years and free for children younger than 5 years.  Proceeds will go to assist people locally who have medical hardships. Preparing for the dinner are, from left, Sabrina Bennett, Carl Schrickel, Mary Jo Cross, Fern Schrickel, Patrick Welch and Patti Welch.
