n Rocky and Shawna Allen of Warren welcomed a son to their family on Oct. 31, when Bennett Lee Allen was born. The baby boy weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces when he arrived at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
The maternal grandparents are Cheryl Visher of Windham and Joseph Barnard of Warren. The paternal grandparents are Warren residents Geraldine Allen and Lloyd Meade II. This is the second grandchild this year for both sets of grandparents.
