The engagement of Faith M. Slaker, the daughter of Dave and Lisa Bonner of Mantua, to Scott M. Lilly of Mantua, the son of Mary Lilly of Kent and the late Gerald Lilly, is announced.
The bride-elect attended Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent and Fortis (Bohecker) College in Ravenna, from which she received an associate's degree in medical assisting. She is self-employed.
Her fiancé also attended Roosevelt, as well as Cuyahoga Community College.
He is employed with Lilly Lawn and Landscape LLC in Kent.
No wedding date has been set.
