When the Randolph Branch of the Portage County District Library celebrated its 30th anniversary recently, a plaque was unveiled commemorating the late Dave Hostetler for his years of volunteer service to the branch. He was a longtime member of The Friends of the Randolph Library. Holding the plaque are Grace Sims, branch manager, and Paul Isner, president of the Friends of the Randolph Library.
