Children ages 5 to 8 years may attend a special program inspired by the popular children's book "Tacky the Penguin" from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Reed Memorial Library, 167 E. Main St., Ravenna.
The program will include story time, a penguin-themed painting craft and a snack. No registration is necessary. For more information, call 330-296-2827, ext. 300.
