The Children's Room of the Kent Free Library was recently transformed into a life-size version of the game Candy Land so that children could find the Candy Castle. Above, Andrew Faitz, 6, of Streetsboro leaps from square to square as his grandmother, Theresa, looks on. Below left, John Lewis, 3, of Kent plays Candy Land with his mother, Lauren. Below right, Virginia Burhanna, 6, of Kent pauses from her game to grab a chocolate from the candy bucket. The library is located at 312 W. Main St. For more information, contact the Youth Services Department at 330-673-4414.
