Local students plan to attend Ashland U.

Several local students have been accepted into Ashland University for the fall 2013 semester.

Anna Nelson of Aurora will receive an Ambassador Award of $7,500 annually to attend Ashland University. Nelson is a senior at Aurora High School.

Kristen Jackson of Hiram will receive a Provost's Scholarship of $13,000 annually to attend. Jackson is a senior at Crestwood High School.

Delaney Clements of Kent will receive a Provost's Scholarship of $13,000 annually to attend the college. Clements is a senior at Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent.

Joshua Sandman of Stow will receive a Director's Scholarship of $12,000 annually to attend Ashland University. Sandman is a senior at Stow-Munroe Falls High School.

Kayla Tuma of Streetsboro will receive a Director's Scholarship of $12,000 annually to attend the university. Tuma is a senior at Streetsboro High School.
