The Portage County Genealogy Society will hold its monthly meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Portage County Historical Society Museum, 6549 N. Chestnut St., Ravenna.
Jack Ferguson of Ravenna Township will show his extensive Portage County postcard collection, highlighting the northern townships, villages and parks. Some of the scenes are a rare "must see" for area photographic historians. Assisting him will be Robert Kunst, who has worked with Ferguson on a slide presentation that focuses on details of each postcard.
The meeting is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
