Brimfield Lions make double donation

The Brimfield Lions Club recently donated $2,000 to the Maxine Lyman Diabetes Scholarship fund, which has been made available to more than 1,000 patients with a demonstrated inability to pay for education. Also $2,000 was donated to Townhall II for people in need of diabetic supplies. Brimfield Lions sponsor a yearly Power Walk For Diabetes in May. All money raised at this event is kept in Portage County.
