The engagement of Anna Stranathan of Twinsburg, the daughter of Dr. Christopher and Sharie Stranathan of Port Clinton, to Lukas Everly, the son of Richard and Barbara Every of Rootstown, is announced.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Rootstown High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in 2012 from Kent State University.
She is a special education teacher in Mentor.
Her fiancé is a 2006 graduate of Rootstown High School and a 2013 graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 12 in Akron.
