The Portage Trail Walkers will gather at 9 a.m. Saturday to hike the Portage Hike and Bike Trail in Ravenna. The five-mile trail is flat, on crushed limestone.
Those wishing to participate can take S.R. 59 to Sycamore Street (Immaculate Conception Church) in Ravenna and turn north. At the light, it turns into Cleveland Road. Just after crossing the railroad tracks, park on the left, across from Kauffman Tire.
