Free crafting programs at Kent Free Library

Published:

The Kent Free Library, 312 W. Main St., is taking registrations for two free adult crafting programs in March.

On March 16 at 2 p.m., guest presenter Susan Hudik will help patrons create spring greeting cards using her collection of rubber stamps.

For 10 years Hudik was proprietor of a rubber stamp, scrapbook and gift shop in Hartville. Along with this, she has more than 20 years of art crafting experience.

The library's Adult Craft Hour will be held at 7 p.m. March 27. Participants will use images from magazines and glass tiles to create magnets to beautify their refrigerator, locker or any other magnetic surface.

Both programs are for adults only, and all supplies are provided.

To register, call the Information Desk at 330-673-4414. Space is limited, and both programs are expected to fill soon.
