'Arthritis' will be topic at Robinson Memorial

"Healthy Living with Arthritis" will be the topic on Wednesday in the Palmstrom Community Room of Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. Those attending will learn the latest in research, diet and pain management. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m., with speakers from 6 to 8 p.m.

Walter E. Horton Jr., vice president for research at Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, will speak on "Advancements in Osteoarthritis Research."

Patti Nitzsche of the Diabetes Care and Education Center will discuss "Nutrition and Health: The Anti-inflammatory Diet."

"Arthritis Pain Management" will be the topic of Dr. Tim Sable of the Center for Pain Medicine at Robinson Health Center at Kent.

Mary Bird, program manager of the Arthritis Foundation, will talk about "Arthritis Foundation Programs and Services."
