By Mary Louise Ruehr Published:

Students of Tree City Preschool, located in the United Methodist Church of Kent, were recently visited by the snakes, spiders, turtles, lizards and bugs of the Zoology Club of Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent. Human members of the club instructed the preschoolers about each animal. This is an annual event for the school. In the foreground, from left, Roosevelt biology teacher Jim Zagray introduces an iguana to Adam Barker and Sarah and Simon Khan. The school accepts children ages 3, 4 and 5 and is now open for fall registration. For more information, call 330-673-5879, ext. 16, or visit www.treecitypreschool.org.
