Undergraduate seniors at Walsh University in North Canton have presented original undergraduate research at the Senior Thesis Honors Program.
"The senior thesis is the capstone project of the Walsh University Honors Program," said Dr. Koop Berry, who serves on the Honors Committee, "and honors students are required to engage in original research or an original creative project for a minimum of one year."
Emily Ohman of Ravenna presented research on Reporting Incidence of Violence in Trauma Nursing and Risks for Developing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Zach Thomas of Ravenna presented research on Role of Relaxin in the Vascular Reactivity of Coronary Arteries Isolated from Post-Menopausal Rats.
Students of all majors and areas of interest presented and research ranged from communication topics to medical research.
