Brandon Loebick of Rootstown was recognized as an outstanding student at the Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute's 28th annual student recognition banquet on April 12.
Loebick graduated May 6 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in livestock production and management. Loebick is the recipient of numerous scholarships, including the Deerfield Farms Scholarship and the Portage County Kiwanis Scholarship.
Following graduation, Loebick plans to work on his grandfather's farm with the eventual goal of starting his own farm.
Ohio State ATI, located in Wooster, is an associate degree granting program within the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at The Ohio State University.
